Terms of Business for Investor Clients:

Consumer Estates is a property consultancy and investment company that specializes in assisting investors in accessing our network of property agents and investment services. By engaging with Consumer Estates, you agree to our terms of business.

Consumer Estates will conduct a thorough evaluation of any potential property to determine its condition and market value before submission to our investors. Once an offer is accepted, Consumer Estates will work on behalf of our client to complete the purchase process as quickly as possible, typically within 30 days.

The investor agrees to provide all necessary documentation and information related to the property purchase, including but not limited to information to confirm identity and proof and source of funds. Consumer Estates reserves the right to withdraw an offer from any potential investor if any material information provided is found to be inaccurate or misleading.

The investor agrees to our non-disclosure and client privacy terms as part of any potential purchase made following an introduction from Consumer Estates or any associated business. The investor will be required to pay a fee for our services in line with our terms of business to cover costs associated with our marketing and associated business expenses.

The client agrees that Consumer Estates may relist or resell any property or investment opportunity should they not be in a position to proceed. Furthermore, the investor agrees not to hold Consumer Estates or any of its associated companies liable for any future sales or transactions involving the property.

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the client and Consumer Estates and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
